• Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made after 14 days from the transaction date.
• Transactions where services were successfully delivered and utilized.
• Any misuse, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of our platform.
